ELECTRICITY REPRESENTATIVE TO CLIENT AFTER THE REQUEST: “Before I send this to Tomas and Associates, I wanted to run it by you first. You know I’m all for doing whatever it takes to save you money, but this is just re-doing what we’ve already done (and confirmed savings). However, I don’t want to suggest not complying with this request if you want me to have (representative) spend some time to redo what we’ve already done.”
RESULT: Client asked the representative to comply with the simple request for information and achieved several hundred thousand dollars in savings. The electricity representative commented to the Client that they were extremely impressed with some of the strategies and ideas presented by Tomas and Associates. |
